Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days. Free on orders over $35.

Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day. Rates calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or directly with the carrier.

Delays

Shopofu is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at the email address listed on our Contact page. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Shopofu is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
