01Which iPad does the 360 case fit?
It comes in seven sizes: iPad 10.2", iPad 10.9", iPad Air 11" (universal), iPad Air 13", iPad Pro 11", iPad Pro 12.9" and iPad Pro 13". Check your model under Settings → General → About, or use the finder above.
02How do I connect the keyboard?
It pairs over Bluetooth. Switch it on, put it in pairing mode (the leaflet in the box shows which key), then choose it under Settings → Bluetooth on your iPad.
03Which plug will I get?
You choose. The moon light, the folding steamer and the pocket steamer come with a US, UK, EU or AU plug, picked on the product. The mist light and the chopper run from USB.
04Can I take the steamer abroad?
The folding steamer is rated for 111–240 V, so it works in most countries with the right plug or a simple adapter.
05How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 5–7 business days. Shipping is free on every order.
06Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
07What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Write to us with a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
08How do returns work?
You have 30 days to change your mind. Write to us, send it back, and we refund the full price.
